During April 25-26 and May 2-3, 2017, the course: Nanomaterials and Environment 2017 will be taught in the Graduate Room of the Faculty of Sciences, intended as a complementary academic activity for the 2016-17 academic year to students of Degree of the University of Zaragoza,

and that validates 0.5 ECTS credits. The course is coordinated by Prof. Juan R. Castillo, professor of Analytical Chemistry, and organized by the IUCA (Institute for Research in Environmental Sciences of Aragon).

Environmental Nanotechnology is a strategic area of research, technological development and innovation with a great future projection in the productive sector, public administrations, research institutions and international markets. Its importance is ever greater, since the number of artificial nanomaterials on the market is growing and their environmental effects, little known to date, are increasingly controlled and studied.

DO YOU WANT TO KNOW THE IMPLICATIONS OF THE USE OF NANOMATERIALS WITH THE ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY OF NATURAL ECOSYSTEMS AND ITS INTERRELATION WITH LIVING BEINGS?
DO YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT ARE THE MOST USUAL TECHNIQUES AND METHODS CURRENTLY TO KNOW THE EFFECTS OF NANOMATERIALS ON NATURAL ENVIRONMENTS AND LIVING BEINGS?

You can now enroll in the Complementary Academic Activity of the University of Zaragoza Nanomaterials and the Environment.
